Our Policy

We understand that not every purchase is going to work out so we do accept in store returns.  All returns and exchanges will receive store credit only.  All items returned or exchanged must be returned to the store in the same condition it was received.  We cannot accept returned items that are damaged (with the exception of damages caused by manufacturer) or that smell like smoke.  All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the time of purchase.  If an item is purchased online through out website or social media pages and it does not fit, you can send back to the sore but you are responsible for any additional shipping charges.  You will be given store credit for items returned, however if you need any additional itms mailed yo will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.  We offer two locations so we suggest coming into one of our two stores to try on any clothing.  We cannot guarantee the fit in our clothing.  We do everything we can to try and accommodate our customers.  We hope you enjoy your shopping experience!
